 Sushmita Sen – the sultry actress is definitely sizzling hot these days. First it was boyfriend Randeep Hooda’s much acclaimed entry into the filmdom with ‘D’, and then it was her own call to success with the Salman starrer “Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya”. But that isn’t all, the diva has much up her sleeves.
Sen’s international debut ‘Karma’ produced by Drena Robert De Niro is an old story now, but definitely not over. The story has many interesting chapters to unfold. The latest being, Robert De Niro’s invitation to the team of ‘Karma’ for lunch. Unfortunately, the team was too busy with the shoot to keep up with the invitation. The actress missed meeting the man himself, but flaunting her exuberant spirit said never mind hopefully some other day.
While the world is busy speculating Sen’s probable meeting with the legend himself, the diva has generated another buzz. This time, with her meeting with another Hollywood hunk Richard Gere. Ahem!!! But before people smell a fish, the air has to be cleared, it was business. The latest buzz is Richard Gere has offered Sen to play ‘Tishiyarakshita’ in his film ‘The Great Emperor’ to be directed by Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi.
While the talk of Sen playing ‘Tishiyarakshita’ is still making rounds, another buzz is she may play ‘Rani Laxmi bai’ in her could-be-debut film as producer, ‘Jhansi Ki Rani’.
Playing the woman of power seems to be Sen’s forte. And why not? Besides gracefully playing versatile characters on screen, the diva also knows versatility off screen. After launching a production house – Tantra Entertainment, the actress is all set to open a nightclub in Calcutta.
Sen is venturing into unknown territories with international ventures, film production, and opening a nightclub. But never mind……… the Bengal tigress knows to juggle it all successfully. For there is much more to this sensuous actress besides bollywood and her much coveted single motherhood.
