Sushmita ardently wants Akshay

After few hits and many flops, Bollywood diva Sushmita Sen is getting into direction. She will direct and produce her dream project Rani Laxmibai. She ardently wants Akshay Kumar to play the role of Tantya Tope.

She called up Akki and expressed her desire to cast him in her film.  It is a periodic film and Sush’s dream project. Helping her fulfill her dream project is scriptwriter-turned-director Mudassar Aziz. Akshay is interested to play the role but till now he has not given his approval and has taken a few days time to think about it.

It seemed that the role of Tantya Tope is not leaving Akki. He was once approached to play the role of Tanya Tope in the co-production between Indian government and Firoz Nadiadwala, but he turned down the offer. Sush is eagerly waiting for Akshay’s assent. Earlier, the film was to be directed by her ex-boyfriend Manav but they parted ways in the mid-way and she herself went behind the camera. Sush herself will play the role of Laxmibai. She will act, direct and produce her dream project.
