SRK spotted at Mumbai airport with son Aryan

After the mega success of ‘Chennai Express’ last year, Shahrukh Khan is now gearing up for the Diwali release of his film ‘Happy New Year’. The superstar actor was recently spotted at the Mumbai International Airport. He was accompanied by his eldest son Aryan Khan. SRK looked dapper in black leather jacket, black t-shirt and blue denim jeans. SRK paired the casual yet slightly grungy look with dark Lennon glasses that have recently become quite popular in Bollywood.

He also showcased a beard inspired by his look from the upcoming film ‘Happy New Year’ where he plays a character named Charlie. His son Aryan who is turning out to be a good looking young man was sporting grey t-shirt and casual denims. But while Aryan looked energetic and tried to enjoy the media glare by walking rather slowly to the terminal, father SRK looked a bit tired and tried to avoid the cameras.  Aryan Khan is already being discussed as a possible successor of Shahrukh in the film industry in some quarters. Recently on the Anupam Kher Show, Shahrukh made a statement saying son of an actor has to be an actor, giving a hint that Aryan may take the Bollywood path in the future. Currently he is studying in the prestigious Seven Oaks School in central London and was home for summer vacation.

On the other hand SRK will soon be embarking on a tour of concerts to promote ‘Happy New Year’. The actor is known to dote on his kids. Recently he tweeted "There r days when u want to go down on ur knees & thank Allah for all the goodness He has bestowed upon me. Today is that day."

Since ‘Happy New Year’ is being made under the banner of SRK’s production house Red Chilies, he will be leaving no stones unturned to make it a big success. The trailer of the film has already been released but has received mixed reviews. The around 3 minute trailer has failed to reach the level of popularity like trailer/teaser of ‘Bang Bang’ and ‘Kick’. However the director of the film Farah Khan has expressed her happiness at the response, “We were excited and we were looking forward to presenting it, because we have been working really hard, not only on the film, but also on the trailer. We are just overwhelmed with the response that we have got from the people.”
