Sonam, Abhishek looking forward to Delhi 6

Both Sonam Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan is desperately looking forward to their Friday release as their much awaited film Delhi 6 will hit the theatre. This Friday won’t be a usual Friday for them instead it will be a deciding day what Bollywood stores for them, failure or success. Both of them are pinning high hopes for their today release. Delhi 6 is bigger in every way. Before the release, it has received rave reviews. The music also scored well by music maestro AR Rehman, the song ‘Masakali’ featuring Sonam and Abhishek can be heard playing from every corner.

Delhi 6 is very close to the Rang De Basanti director, Rakesh Omprakash Mehra. The film speaks about his own experience while his stay in purani Delhi. ‘Delhi 6’ is a story of love and self discovery set within the walled city of Delhi, which is a microcosm of India with all its chaos and contradictions. It shows how Abhishek’s short trip to India converted into the longest journey of his life.

Besides Abhishek and Sonam, the film stars Om Puri, Rishi Kapoor, Waheeda Rehman and Divya Dutta.
