Shiney Ahuja is unwell

The judicial custody of the rape accused Shiney Ahuja has been extended till July 16. Shiney is accused of raping his teenage maid servant when he was all alone with her in the house on June 14. Shiney who was serving jail for 14 days said that he was not keeping well when he appeared before the court.
"I am not well but even then I came to court," Ahuja said when asked by the Magistrate if he had anything to say. Dressed in blue t-shirt and jeans, Shiney was looking very weary and stressed. He was silent throughout the hearing of the court in suburban Andheri.
The hearing of Shiney’s bail petition will come up tomorrow in a session court. Due to poor health, Shiney may not come to the court. During the hearing, Shiney’s wife Anupam was absent while his father was there.
The medical tests conducted on Shiney and the maid servant proved that the actor had sexual intercourse with his maid. CM of Maharashtra Ashok Chavan moved Shiney’s case to the fast track court for speedy justice.
If the court proves the actor guilty then he will have to remain behind bars for more than seven years.
