Shilpa wants ex beau Akshay

We had reported earlier that Shilpa Shetty is venturing into production. And now another interesting facet added to the story is that Shilpa ardently wants her ex beau Akshay Kumar to act in her debut production. Shilpa and Akshay once shared a love relationship but suddenly they had broken up and Akki married Twinkle Khanna. After their break up, they were hardly cast together but Shilpa once again wants to rectreate history and wanted to stun everyone by acting opposite Akshay. She has approached him for the role but Akki is yet to give his nod.

Shilpa’s first venture will be directed by Manish Jha who has directed critically acclaimed film like Matrabhumi and Anwar. Bipasha Basu has also been roped in for one of the lead characters. Roping Akshay will add positivity to her film. Firstly, Akshay is a crowd puller and his hit quotient will drag enormous audience. Secondly, Shilpa wants to create lots of curiosity in people’s mind by playing his leading lady. The movie is title "V.I.P."
