Shahrukh will take over the reins of bad guy in Dhoom 3
Yash Raj Films Dhoom 3was a hit and made bikes and John Abraham who was seen playing the villain look extremely cool. In spite of its success, producer Aditya decided to rope in a fresh appeal for Dhoom 2, so he signed Hrithik Roshan for the role of the villain. Dhoom 2 is being touted as an action packed film with loads of style, glamour and special effects. Now even before the release of Dhoom 2, there are already talks of Dhoom 3 doing the rounds. And in keeping with springing surprises this time too Aditya wants to change the villain. Shahrukh Khan is all set do a villainous act in Dhoom 3.SRK will be working with Yash Raj films after a long time and it will also put an end to rumours of his fall out with one of the top most bollywood production banners Yash Raj.
According to sources SRK will take over from Hrithik Roshan as the villain in Dhoom3. The rest of the cast consisting Abhishek, Aishwarya and Uday Chopra is likely to remain the same. However the film will also have a new director at the helm as Sanjay Gadhvi who has directed Dhoom and Dhoom 2 has finished his three film contract with Yash Raj Films. Another surprise that has been incorporated is that newcomers Ranbir Kapoor, son of Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh along with Sonam Kapoor, daughter of Anil Kapoor will also star in Dhoom 3. The two stars Ranbir and Sonam will soon be making their debut in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Saanwariya’. In fact producer Aditya is so impressed with Ranbir’s performance that he has already signed him on for a three film contract.
Dhoom 2 was supposed to have a Diwali/Eid release, however according to sources producer Aditya Chopra wanted to incorporate some more hard hitting special effects in his film and hence delayed the release by a month. The film will be releasing on 24 November and in the film Hrithik Roshan is seen doing some daredevil stunts. The film has been shot in Rio De Janeiro, Namibia and other parts of Brazil and South Africa. SRK has played a negative role in several of his earlier films too and soon he will be seen playing Don in Farhan Akhtar’s remake Don-The Chase Begins.
