Shahid skips IIFA for Kareena

If Salman preferred to stay away from IIFA for Katrina’s performance with Akshay then another man who has decided for a no show is Shahid Kapoor. Shahid-Kareena split up may just be a juicy story for the cine-buffs but it was Shahid who was deeply heartbroken to lose his Bebo after five years of successful relationship. Year 2008 is totally devoted to Kareena. Along with huge applause for her performances, she is taking home the best actress award for Jab We Met from almost every award function. And in IIFA too, she is expected to groove in Jab We Met chartbusters.

Shahid in order to avoid his ex girlfriend preferred to skip away IIFA. It is heard that she will be performing in some hit numbers of Jab We Met and in some other chartbusters with Saif Ali Khan. Though Shahid is also a part of Jab We Met, it is Kareena who has taken all the awards and this is also considered to be another reason of Shahid's missing out of IIFA.
