Since quite some time, we were wondering why nobody was signing Shahid Kapoor opposite his first film heroine Amrita Rao? Wasn't their first film 'Ishq Vishk' a big hit? Wasn't their on-screen chemistry really good?...
...Well, Sangeeta Ahir and Mahesh Manjrekar have done the needful. Producer Sangeeta Ahir, ex-wife of Sudhakar Bokade, nodded her head in agreement when director Mahesh Manjrekar asked whether he should call up the duo to sign on the dotted line for the sci-fiction film he will be making for her.
Let's see if Shahid and Amrita can repeat the magic of 'Ishq Vishk'. If so, the happiest person would be Manjrekar. He desperately needs a hit.
