Sanjay, Salman no longer friends

Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan are no longer friends. At one time, they were good buddies, ready to help each other but today the scenario is totally different. They are apparently at loggerheads as Salman refused to act in Sanjay’s home production Ghostbusters.

Sanjay’s home production is a desi remake of the 1984 Hollywood blockbuster Ghostbusters to be directed by Sujoy Ghosh. Apart from Salman, they have decided to sign Riteish Deshmukh. Way back in 2002, Sanjay had not only acted in Salman’s brother Sohail Khan’s home production, Maine Dil Tujhko Diya but also helped Sohail in promoting the film as he was finding difficult to sell his product. Now that Sanjay asked Sallu to act in his film he just turned down the offer.

Salman failed to give a valid reason for his refusal. Sanjay was deeply hurt when he refused to act in his film. Sallu was his good friends and he did not expect such a blow from him. Till now he has not finalized any other actor. The shooting of Ghostbusters has not yet started as he is busy completing his half done films. The shooting of Ghostbusters will start by the end of 2008.
