Sanjay Dutt admits he feels lonely at times on Koffee with Karan
Sanjay Dutt is well known in bollywood due to his controversial past and also because he is the son of two veteran actors, late Sunil Dutt and mother Nargis. Sanjay lost his mother to cancer at a young age when he was just entering the film world, later he also lost his first wife to the fatal and deadly disease. Sanjay had a daughter with his first wife, but later remarried again. Although the second marriage didn’t work out, he and his ex-wife still remain friends. Sanjay has also had to deal with a chronic drug addiction and almost a year spent in prison. Nonetheless Sanjay is greatly loved by both bollywood and all his fans.
Sanjay will soon be seen on Koffee with Karan along with his sister Priya Dutt. Sanjay chats about his turbulent past and his impending future with good friend Karan Johar. Sanjay rubbishes any rumours of his marriage with Maanayata but he does admit that he falls in love very often. Sanjay also confesses that he has always had a turbulent love life. However Sanjay claims that right through all his problems, his family has been his silent support system. Sanjay says “I think they are very understanding, they never question me about my personal life, they know that if there was something, I would have told them.” On the topic of marriage, Sanjay is very frank, he says “I don’t see myself married in the near future yet, but I know one thing for a fact, I am a lonely man, staying alone in the house I feel sometimes maybe I can come home to someone.”
Sanjay’s sister Priya Dutt chats about her brother’s problems and how the family has dealt with it and has become stronger. Sanjay Dutt was recently acquitted from charges of being a terrorist, but he is still waiting for a verdict against the Arms Act. Sanjay was recently tremendously appreciated for his role in the Munnabhai series and is currently shooting for his other films like Shootout at Lokhandwala, Dhamaal etc.
