Salman to shake a leg with sister-in-law Malaika
For the first time, Salman Khan and his sister-in-law, Malaika Arora Khan will scorch the silver screen with a sizzling dance number. Malaika who is best known for her hit numbers like ‘Chaiyyan Chaiyyan’ with Shahrukh Khan in Dil Se and ‘Mari Ve’ in Kaante will perform an item number with Sallu Miya for Abhinav Kashyap-directed Dabanng.
The song goes as ‘Munni Badnaam Hui Darling Tere Liye’ and is composed by Lalit Pandit. Ace choreographer Farah Khan will choreograph the dance number. The producer of Dabanng and Malaika’s husband, Arbaaz Khan confirms the news, “It’s a very earthy track in one of those rugged sweaty Bihari bars, something like ‘Beedi Jalaile’ from Omkara but different. Malaika will play a dancer who has come from out of town to regale the revelers. While she will be dancing, Salman joins her.”
Giving some more details about the item number, Arbaaz quips,“When I heard the track I knew I had to have it in Dabanng. It will set the charts on fire. And Malaika will certainly do justice to it.”
Except this song, rest of the songs of the film will be composed by Sajid-Wajid.
