Salman Khan wishes his fans 'Eid Mubarak'
Salman Kahn left for the US for nerve surgery and before leaving, he wished his fans ‘Eid Mubarak’ and ‘Ganesh Chaturthi’. These two festivals are very special for Salman Khan and his family; they celebrated the two festivals with gaiety and devotion every year. But this time, the actor is not in good health and due to which he has to give these two festivals a miss.
Speaking about the significance of Eid and Ganesh Chaturthi, the actor currently in the US for the treatment for his nerve disorder said, “Eid, Ganesh Chaturthi or any other festival each are special and just as close to my heart. We celebrate all.”
“I wish I could’ve been in the city during this time but I just couldn’t move around with this pain anymore. But I do wish everyone Eid Mubarak,” he said.
Apparently, recalling his childhood memories of Eid, Salman said, “As kids it would mean biryani, sweets and lots of gifts. It’s not too different now, except now I give out gifts instead of taking and to be honest, I think giving is as much fun as getting. I like to see the smile on people’s faces, especially at the time of such festivals.”
Due to medication, Salman missed roza this year but speaking about his favorite dish, the hunk said, “Biryani of course is an all-time fave. But biryani or not, I just love the food that my mom makes. So, don’t think I will miss too much of that”.
Salman signed off saying, “Health, happiness, peace and success for all of us.”
