Saif’s Pataudi property valued Rs 750 crore


Saif Ali Khan who is newly anointed the 10th Nawab of Pataudi in his ancestral palace is reportedly possesses property worth Rs 750 crore. It is said that his property including Pataudi palace valued around Rs 750 crore.

The source says, "Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi has left the lion's share of his assets to his only son Saif. His daughters Saba and Soha are also reportedly mentioned in the will and are beneficiaries." In this context, Saif said, "I do not think the property is valued at as much as that. I don't really know the exact amount, but it sounds a bit high. It's ancestral property, so beyond value.'"

Late Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi’s two sisters Saliha and Sabiha, had also strake on the ancestral property in Pataudi. Hence, the first family of the Pataudi will meet and resolve the property matter. Things did not materialize due to Saif and Kareena’s wedding and now that everything has been settled down, the family will seat together and settle the property issue. Sharmila will represent her late husband.

When Saif was anointed the 10th Nawab of Pataudi, he said, "I express my gratitude to the people. My family is in grief due to the untimely death of Sarkar Abba. The people of Pataudi have also been in shock. My father made this place famous in the entire world because of his love for his people. I will try to follow in his footsteps," said Saif.

"I don't intend to flaunt my title. I will carry on the responsibility and not get carried away by its charisma. I have to live up to my father's memory. I will carry on the work he started," the actor said, adding, "I don't have any political ambitions at all."
