Krazzy 4Rajesh Roshan has also joined the bandwagon of lifting songs directly from others and fit into his film. For copying Ram Sampath’s song, the Roshans had to lose Rs. 2 crore to win over the copy right of Krazzy 4 music.

Music director of Krazzy 4 Rajesh Roshan is charged of lifting two item songs and making Shahrukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan dance to the copied tune. The original song is composed by independent music director Ram Sampath. He filed a case of copy right in HC against the Roshans on March 24 and just one day before the release of the film the HC had thrown their decision in favor of Sampath and ordered the Rajesh Roshan to delete the two songs from the film.

The decision of the HC just one day before the release of the film came as a bolt from the blue for the Roshans and they have agreed to pay Rs. 2 crore to the original music director to release the film without any cuts. The music of the film wass out in the market one month back on CDs and DVDs. Rajesh Roshan agreed that with the special permission of Song Ericsson Company he had lifted some portion of the song and recorded the 5.5 minute song.
