Ranveer Singh speaks about marriage to Deepika, kisses in ‘Befikre’

Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh, who was shooting for Aditya Chopra’s directorial ‘Befikre’ in Paris, has returned to the country after three months. The ‘Bajirao Mastani’ actor wrapped up ‘Befikre’ shoot earlier this month and reportedly headed to Austria to ring in his birthday with girlfriend Deepika Padukone.

Ranveer was spotted at the Mumbai airport on Thursday morning. He was wearing a grey addidas track suit, round shades and a hat. As usual, he was energetic as ever and interacted with media persons and posed for shutterbugs and also obliged his fans by clicking selfies with them.

Even while the actor was away from the country, the media was abuzz with reports of his secret engagement with Deepika and their plans of getting married next year. When he was quizzed about the same, he dodged the question in a witty way, neither confirming or denying it.

When asked if there was any to the news, Ranveer said, “Arey kya baat kar rahe ho yaar. Subah Subah neend bhi puri nahi hui hai (What are you talking about? I haven’t even completed my sleep).”

The reporters told him that during his absence, a lot of news about him was doing the rounds. To this, Ranveer replied, “Ab aaya hu toh pata chalega (Now that I have arrived, I’ll know what news are circulating about me).”

The posters of Ranveer’s upcoming film has also grabbed eyeballs. All the four posters of ‘Befikre’ released so far showed the actor lip-locking with his leading lady Vani Kapoor. In fact, it is said that ‘Befikre’ is the boldest film by Yash Raj Films and that it has as many as 23 kisses.

Talking about the kissing spree, Ranveer said, “Kitna kiss karaya hai..bahut kissing scene hai. (They have made me kiss a lot in the film, there are many kissing scenes).”

He also revealed that he had a lot of fun shooting in Paris. And why not? He was all over the place watching football matches, catching ‘Sultan’ screening and also shooting in the scenic locations of Paris.

‘Befikre’ is slated to hit screens on December 9.
