Ranveer Singh injured, gets stitched
While shooting for Yash Raj Films ‘Gunday’, Ranveer Singh fell down from an elevator and gets injured. He was shooting a dance sequence. The actor who is shooting back to back for his upcoming films Ram Leela and Gunday hurt himself this year in March while shooting for ‘Lootera’.
The incident took place at Chandivali Studios where Ranveer was shooting for a song. A source told us, "Ranveer was performing his steps on an elevated structure, when he lost his balance and fell down. He hurt his back and suffered injuries on his face. He was rushed to a nearby hospital for medical aid, and the shoot was called off for the day."
The spokesperson however
confirmed the news but denied any major mishap. "He has just completed the
first schedule of Gunday, and injured himself slightly...."
Ranveer was immediately rushed
to the nearest hospital after his cheek split open due to the sudden
downfall. The wound has been stitched and the actor joked about his stitch
cheek that it makes him “even more in character for ‘Gunday’”. Ranveer has donned
a rug looks for his upcoming film, ‘Gunday’.
Fans may heave a sigh of relief as the actor is doing fine now.
