Ranbir paired opposite Konkona
Nobody may have thought that at this budding career the Saawariya guy Ranbir Kapoor will be paired opposite such an actress who has already created a niche in Bollywood with her intense and versatile role and almost opposite to his personality and attitude. We are talking about the unmatched couple of Bollywood, Ranbir Kapoor and two national award winner Konkana Sen Sharma. They have been signed by Kajol’s cousin Ayaan Mukherjee to ablaze the silver screen.
Both Ranbir and Konkana come from a family where acting has been a family tradition, Ranbir being the scion of the legendary Kapoor khandan and Konkona the daughter of reputed director Aparna Sen. Ayaan Mukherjee is also known to assist Ashutosh Gowariker in Swades and Karan Johar in Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna. When he approached Karan Johar with the script, he loved it and agreed to produce under Dharma Productions.
Ranbir and Konkana both are impressed with the storyline and has given their dates. The film is expected to roll very soon. Ayaan actually wanted a pair that are incompatible and struggling to match in each other's footsteps.
