Ram loves Leela, has his eyes on her
Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are busy with the promotion of their upcoming movie ‘Ram-Leela’. The movie will release on 15th November. While promoting, they also gave an interview in the office of a popular magazine.
Ranveer was dressed in a suit with Chinese collar while Deepika was wearing a black and white suit designed by Anand Kabra. Deepika blushed when she was told that she looked fabulous in the song ‘Nagada Sang Dhol’. She danced with high energy and she looked elegant. Viewers did not even notice that Ranveer was also a part of the song. To this Ranveer said, “I too missed looking at myself because my eyes were on her in the frame all the time.”
Ranveer was looking too hot in his twisted mustache looks. He loves that fact that his mustache and beard have become a style statement. Ranveer said, “I had an injury on the sets of ‘Lootera’ and during the temporary lay-off from shooting I grew a beard and did not crop my hair. (Sanjay Leela) Bhansali sir liked the look and retained it for my character Ram in the film.
Deepika talked about the chemistry between the lead actors in this movie. She said, “What is story and there is no passionate chemistry between the couple?”
Deepika’s chemistry with her co stars in the recent movies has been appreciated. She worked with Ranbir Kapoor in ‘Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani’ and rumors wewre doing rounds of their patch up. Deepika said, “There is a big difference between Ranveer and Ranbir when it comes to their acting style”, said Deepika. “I have never seen Ranbir preparing for a role. He is spontaneous and does his preparation in the mind, may be. Ranveer prepares a lot. He is the type who would cut himself before shooting an emotional sequence”, she added.
Ranveer and Deepika have also promoted their movie on small screens. They have visited a number of shows like ‘Dance India Dance’ and ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ in order to promote their film.
About their chemistry, Ranveer said, “When someone is making a romantic film, you need to believe that the two people are in love with each other, only then can the audience sympathize with them. So if the chemistry is there, the viewers would also feel the conflict when the lovers are torn and would want them to be together.”
