‘Race 3’ inching towards 200 crore club

Remo D-Souza’s multi-starrer action movie, ‘Race 3’ is fast approaching towards 200 crore club. In just four days of its release, the film has earned 181.32 Cr worldwide and fast approaching to touch the 200 crore mark.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted the figures: “#Race3 puts up a STRONG TOTAL on Mon... Decline on Mon [vis-à-vis Fri: 51.18%]… Mass circuits/single screens are holding very well, while plexes have started sliding downwards... Fri 29.17 cr, Sat 38.14 cr, Sun 39.16 cr, Mon 14.24 cr. Total: ? 120.71 cr. India biz.”

Taran tweeted earlier, “Unlike #TigerZindaHai, which enjoyed an uninterrupted run for few weeks, #Race3 has one more week to score... Rajkumar Hirani’s much-awaited #Sanju - which is high on hype - hits the screens on 29 June 2018... Obviously, the screens, shows and footfalls are bound to get divided.”

'Race 3' has registered a smashing box-office record. The action thriller off to a great start and earned rupees 67.31 crore in two days. The first-day collection of the film is Rs 29.17 crore. On the second day, being Eid ‘Race 3’ rakes in Rs 38.17 crore, totalling to Rs 67.31 crore. In the first weekend, it is expected to cross 100 crore mark.

Salman described ‘Race 3’ as "a film with big scale music, emotion, action, youth kind, which you watch, whistle in the end and go back home happy". 

The film directed by Remo D’Souza features Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Daisy Shah, Jacqueline Fernandez, Bobby Deol and few others.
