Priety Zinta to play a gangster in ‘Jai Ramji’
Preity Zinta has finally decided to shed her lovey-dovey image and don a hard-hitting avatar. She will play an unconventional role in Tigmanshu Dhulia’s next film, ‘Jai Ramji’. Preity will be seen in the role of a gangster. The director confirmed, "Preity Zinta liked the script and has agreed to work in the film.
However, I have not yet formally signed her, as she is busy with IPL and is not in Mumbai. The formalities should be completed once she is back in the city."
Talking about the film, Dhulia says, "It is a gangster movie, set in eastern UP. Preity will be a part of the gang. The rest of the cast includes, Arjun Rampal, Irfan Khan and Randeep Hooda. The film is going on floors in July and should be complete by December-January. And we hope to release the film soon after that".
