Preity Zinta gets hurt

Bubbly actor Preity Zinta got hurt during the formal launch of Mohali team at the outskirts of Chandigarh.

She suffered a minor injury in her eyes. Preity said, "I don't know how it happened. But in the melee at the launch (Monday), an elbow came and hit me straight in the eye. I had to go through the event with a black eye wearing dark glasses." She further added, "It will swell a bit. I guess it's bound to happen when one is in such situations.”

The injury is minor and she is hoping to recover from it soon. There was a huge rush at the venue and the crowd was uncontrolable. Someone from the crowd threw something to her and the elbow of her bodyguard hit her eyes when he tried to catch the thing. The IPL will kick start on April 18 and Preity is pinning high hopes for her Mohali team which is led by Yuvraj Singh. She is ready with her music video which is crooned by Bhangra king Daler Mahendi. The video stars the Deol family, Dharmendra, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol.
