The premiere of Pooja Bhatt’s latest movie, titled Holiday will be held in the city of sun and sand, Goa. The premiere will be held there this week. The entire cast of Holiday is already letting its hair down in Goa. The cast wishes to show its support and faith in the film. Since, the movie was shot in Goa itself, Goa was seen as the ideal place for the premiere.
The star cast consists of Dino Morea, newcomer Onjolee Nair, Nauheed Cyrusi, Kashmira Shah, Gulshan Grover and Anahita Uberoi.
It tells the story of a family that goes for a holiday. Dr Daksh Suri (Gulshan Grover), his wife Nandini (Anahita) and their two daughters, Samara (Nauheed) and Muskan (Onjolee) go for a holiday to Goa. In the course of their holiday, their normal lives suddenly change, and some of their lives turn around, especially Muskan’s, who meets a young dance instructor. Dance instructor, Dino plays a trained dance performer who helps the protagonist Onjolee Nair realise her self-esteem and sense of worth through the art of dancing.
The film is written by Pooja’s father, Mahesh Bhatt. It received a good response at the screening at Kara Film Festival in Pakistan. The film is jointly produced by Sujit Kumar Singh and Pooja Bhatt. The music has been composed by Ranjit Barot; cinematography is by Anshuman Mahale and choreography by Sandeep Soparkar. Pooja Bhatt is also the production designer of the film.
It is a romantic film; hence it will be released this week, which is also very close to Valentine’s Day. It will help to draw mushy couples looking for a romantic flick. This film is also inspired from the evergreen, Hollywood romantic movie, Dirty Dancing. Let’s hope it leaves an impression on the hearts of romantics.
