Padma Lakshmi carrying a baby girl
Indian born TV Chef Padma Lakshmi has unknowingly disclosed the gender of her unborn baby. In the flow of the conversation, she quipped that she is expecting a girl child. Meanwhile, it is known that her closet is also dumped with clothes of girl child.
During an appearance on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon", she was heard discussing about her baby's movements in the womb. "She was kicking . . . uh . . . he was kicking . . . I'm not saying which one . . . I use she and he intermittently."
Salman Rushdie’s ex wife Padma Lakshmi conceived after years of struggling with endometriosis, in which the lining of the uterus grows in other areas of the body. Though her problem was treated, her baby is still said to be in serious danger.
Andy Dell is said to be the baby's father.
