One glorious year for Ash-Abhi

One year back on the same day, the tinselville had witnessed the union of Bollywood’s two most desirable actors. They tied the knot without creating much hype and gave little scope to the media to knit stories about their love affairs. The most beautiful woman on earth Aishwarya Rai married to actor Abhishek Bachchan in witness of close pals and relatives on April 20, 2007. No sooner, Ash stepped into Big B’s abode Pratiksha, she created a special space for her in the soul of Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan.

Speculation was gaining momentum whether Ash would able to carry the heritage of Bachchan’s family with same pride and dignity further as she got married to Abhi at the peak of her career. But Ash proved everyone’s speculation wrong and moved ahead with her hubby Abhishek Bachchan and with her in laws Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan carrying great love and respect for them in her heart. She has maintained a good balance of her career and family.  No sooner, she stepped into Abhi’s life; Ash turned from Rai to Bachchan and became Amitabh and Jaya’s bahurani.

Abhi enjoys every moment of glory of wife Ash and never missed any opportunity to celebrate her success. Jodhaa Akbar was Aishwarya’s first mega hit after marriage and during the premiere,the Bachchan family stood beside Ash and offered her moral support. Soon after the premiere, they threw an impromptu party for the cast and crew. AshAbhi never makes public display of their personal emotions but they hold a high esteem and love for each other in their heart. In spite of hectic schedule, they find time to spend with each other.

Family comes first for both of them and never failed to stand for one another at the time of crisis. Media took very little time to form Ash’s pregnancy story and few months after their marriage, speculation of junior Bachchan went along and even today whenever the media smell something out of order, they creates news of Ash’s pregnancy. Ash and Abhi and baby very often hit the headlines. Though the four Bachchans are busy with their individual assignments, they keep a tab on each other life and manage to spend quality time together. Aishwarya and Abhishek have wonderfully completed the first year of their marriage and definitely they have a long way to go. Looking back at the passing year; they will recollect only sweet memories. Hope their bonding passes many milestones and they together flourish and bloom in coming days and set another example of loyal pair like Amitabh and Jaya.
