Not Katrina, Deepika is the perfect match for Ranbir
According to an online survey carried out by most popular matrimony site, Ranbir Kapoor’s ex-girlfriend Deepika Padukone will make the perfect match for Ranbir. 63.84 per cent respondents vote in favor of Deepika. Deepika beats Ranbir’s present girlfriend Katrina Kaif who received 22.30 per cent votes, while Priyanka Chopra who paired with the Kapoor lad in ‘Anjaana Anjaani’ got 13.86 per cent votes.
Also, 72 per cent women voted Ranbir Kapoor as the ideal husband and the reason is indeed very surprising. Women believes that since Ranbir is a 'Mama's boys' he would make a perfect husband. Ranbir is very close to her mom Neetu Kapoor and women think that this very characteristic of Ranbir would make him very understanding. On one hand he is regarded as a Casanova but on the other hand, the ‘Barfi!’ actor voted as an ‘ideal husband’ in an online poll.
"There was a time when people thought 'Mama's Boys'
wouldn't make good husbands, but the trend seems to have changed now as per the
poll. The poll indicates that when a woman has brought up her son well and he
is kind to her, he makes better relationships," Gourav Rakshit, Chief
Operating Officer, Shaadi.com, said in a statement.
"For women, marrying a Mama's Boy, as it is often referred to, may lead to a patient and understanding husband," he added.
Ranbir is going great guns in his professional career. He won huge accolades and awards for his stupendous performance in Anurag Basu’s ‘Barfi!’ where he enacted deaf and dump. Next he will be seen in a biopic of legendary singer and actor Kishore Kumar to be directed by Anurag Basu.
Like his professional life, his personal life also does lots of talking. He is tagged as a womanizer. He dated Deepika Padukone in the beginning of his career but both mutually drifted apart then he was rumored to be dating his 'Rockstar' actress Nargis Fakhri but this relationship also did not bloom. He met Katrina Kaif on the set of 'Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahini' and since then both are together.
