No case against Mallika’s indecent dressing

Few days back, the sultry B-town gal Mallika Shrewat increased the temperature of Tamil Nadu when she appeared at the dais walking in hand with Jackie Chang in a black mini skirt at the Dasavatharam audio launch event held at Nehru Indoor Stadium. Her sexy getup created hullabaloo in Tamilnadu. Case has been filed against her for vulgar dress-up but the Chennai police withheld the case.

Complaint was lodged against her for wearing short skimpy, revealing clothes and sitting crossed legs, exposing her thigh and other body parts in the presence of honorable Chief Minister M Karunanidhi and other dignitaries like Amitabh Bachchan, Mammooty, Hema Malini. To the Tamil community, Mallika had hurt their sentiments by dressing improperly on this prestigious occasion.  

Hindu Makkal Katchi (HMK) functionaries lodged complain against her and asked the police to take strict actions against Mallika. After discussing with the legal experts, conclusion has been drawn that no action should be taken against her since it is her personal matter and no one has the right to comment on her dressing sense.
