Khans in trouble People For Animals (PFA), a mumbai based non-governmental organization working against cruelty to animals, has filed a case in the Bombay High Court seeking a ban on the screening of Feroz Khan's film Janasheen....
...PFA has charged that Feroz Khan made animals to perform in his film without legal permission from the Animal Welfare Board of India (AWBI).

AWBI's permission is mandatory for use of animals in films.

Khan had used a tiger, an elephant and a monkey in his film.

However, Khan's lawyer has refuted submitted that the animals were used for filming under the supervision of circus authorities and that Khan had obtained the necessary permission from the zoo authorities.
