Newly married Rani-Aditya hosts private wedding bash

According to the latest grapevine, newly married Aditya Chopra and Rani Mukherjee (now Chopra) landed in Mumbai and they hosted a private party at their residence which remained totally guarded. Lensman did not get any chance to peep through any portion of the house as everything is kept under wrap and highly protected. The couple has landed in Mumbai only couple of days back but they did not go public and remained confined to the walls of the house.

Security has been increased and no paparazzi were allowed to loiter around the bungalow.

Informed a lensman who has been doing a round of the Chopra bungalow, “Their home is surrounded by a high compound wall and to top it, white curtains have been put up to stop us from seeing anything that is happening inside. The distance between the grill and the curtains is more than two feet.”

Celebrities like Karan Johar and his mother Hiroo Johar, Anupam and Kirron Kher, singer Nitin Mukesh, Siddharth Kak and few others attended the private bash. The guests were seen entering and exiting the Chopra’s bungalow but with high secrecy.

It is to be mentioned that Rani Mukherjee and Aditya Chopra tied the knot on April 21st in Italy in the attendance of close family members and friends. Post wedding, the couple did not make a show. A grand wedding reception is heard to be thrown at Yash Raj studio but nothing has been finalized yet.

After wedding Rani has issued a statement in which she informed her fans and media about her wedding to Aditya Chopra. It reads, "I would like to share the happiest day of my life with all my fans all over the world whose love and blessings have been part of my journey all these years. I know that all my well-wishers who have waited for this day will be really happy for me. It was a beautiful wedding in the Italian countryside with just a few of our close family and friends with us. The one person I missed terribly was Yash Uncle, but I know he was there with us in spirit and his love and blessings will always be with Adi and me. I have always believed in fairy-tales and with God's grace my life has been exactly like one, and now as I enter the most important chapter of my life - the fairy-tale continues".
