Nargis Fakhri loses cool when asked about Uday Chopra

At the trailer launch of ‘Banjo’, Nargis Fakhti lost her temper over media when they dodged the question about her apparent break-up with actor Uday Chopra. She asked the media not to ask irrelevant question. Her ‘Banjo’ co-star Riteish Deshmukh came to her rescue.

Nargis was very much talked about for her apparent break-up with Uday Chopra and leaving the promotion of ‘Housefull 3’ in the mid-way and going back to the USA and returning almost after three years.

To justify her absence, Nargis said that she was busy with her projects aboard and that she has not left Bollywood.

At the trailer launch of her latest film ‘Banjo’, when she was asked about her reported break-up with Uday, her co-star Riteish Deshmukh came to her rescue and told reporters, "Are you kidding me? I am her spokesperson. I'll answer this question."

When prodded further, Nargis said, "Your question is irrelevant, so it's quite sad. I don't think you should continue."

After a gap of three years when the ‘Rockstar’ actress landed at the Mumbai airport, she was clicked by the paparazzi at the airport but her face was covered.

When asked for the reason behind it, Nargis replied, "Actually when I travel I wear a hoodie and a scarf all the time, because a lot of people are sick on the airplane, so, you get sick all the time. I just do like that. That's the way I walk around."

Riteish again saved Nargis, replied, "She comes to sets that way."

The 36-year-old said that she missed promoting ‘Housefull 3’ with her co-stars and she feels ‘sad’ about it.

"I was very sad not to be a part of promotions with my co-actors because they are hilarious. I missed out on a lot of fun. But unfortunately I was unwell. Now I am better and super excited for promotions of this ('Banjo')".

‘Banjo’ directed by Ravi Jadhav is a musical drama featuring Riteish and Narhis. Riteish plays a Banjo player while Nargis will portray the role of a DJ in the movie.

The film is set to release on September 23.
