Mithun to challenge Shahrukh

It seems that cricket fever has caught hold on Bengali Babu, Mithun Chakraborty too. If Shahrukh Khan is heading the Kolkata team, Knight Riders than Mithun is also not lagging behind. He is going to purchase Kolkata Cricket team for Indian Champions League. Hence, Mithun is all set to challenge Shahrukh.

Rumor is doing the rounds that he is going to purchase the Kolkata Cricket team with a whopping price of Rs 25 crores. Former skipper Kapil Dev will head the ICL. They are soon to make an official announcement in a press conference. Though Mithun does not stay in Kolkata but he always visit the place in relation to work and spend maximum time there. People call him The Bengal Tiger and therefore he wants to name his team after him.

Mithun confirmed the news, “Yes it is true that I have taken over the team. But I don’t want to say much as all the announcements will be made in a press conference today. I have always been very passionate about sports. I love football and cricket. I am sure my fans remember how I used to organize cricket matches with Raj Kapoor Saab and everyone used to love it. I am excited to have my own cricket team.” The interest of Shahrukh and Mithun towards the Kolkata team is sure to drive the Kolkata guys crazy.
