Madhuri Dixit beats Shahrukh Khan

Shahrukh Khan and Madhuri Dixit might be friends but when it comes to television, they are rivals. Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Zor Ka Jhatka’ could not score much in comparison to Madhuri Dixit’s ‘Jhalak Dikhla Ja’. SRK’s show opened with TRP of 2.6 ratings while Madhuri scored 5.6 ratings.

SRK’s show is even lagging behind Big B’s Kaun Banega Crorepati season 4 which had opened with 5.4 TRP and Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 4 which has been able to garner TRP of 3.6.

Reportedly, Shahrukh has been paid an whopping amount of Rs. 20 crore to host the show. The channel was confident that King Khan would make the show a smash hit but unfortunately his magic did not work.
