Laila Khan’s body parts found in Nasik
Mumbai Police crime branch and ATS carried a search operation after accused Parvez Tak told the Jammu and Kashmir Police that Laila Khan and her relatives were murdered and buried near Khan’s bungalow.
Police carried a search operation near the starlet’s farm
house in Untdari behind Ghatan Devi Temple in Igatpuri. Dissected body parts
were found in the search operation. Barricades were put four kilometers of area
around the farm house since Tuesday morning in the presence of top police
officials and heavy bandobast. Over 250 policemen are on operation along with
25 digging laborers, 3 Forensic teams, 3 dog squads.
The prime accused Parvez Tak and Asif Shaikh were brought to
Igatpuri and were asked to locate the point where they have buried the body so
that they could began their search operation.
Police are also questioning Laila Khan`s car drivers Jony Gilder and Mehboob Shaikh both hailed from Igatpuri in connection to the murder case.
The search operations are still on and it is yet to be discovered whether the
body parts are of Laila’s or any of her family members’.
Laila linked to terrorist group was last seen in a movie `Wafaa` with actor
Rajesh Khanna in 2008. Laila’s missing report was lodged by her biological
father Patel last year.
