Krishna Shroff to debut in Bollywood with Tiger’s film ‘Munna Michael’

Jackie Shroff’s daughter and Tiger’s sister Krishna Shroff will soon make her Bollywood debut, but not as an actress. The gorgeous star kid will be assisting director Sabbir Khan in his next venture ‘Munna Michael’ starring her brother Tiger.

The film will be Sabbir Khan and Tiger’s third collaboration after ‘Heropanti’ and ‘Baaghi’. Krishna has joined the team as an assistant director to Sabbir Khan. The filmmaker himself has confirmed the news and said that he is excited to have Krishna on board and finds the star kid extremely passionate and focused about being a filmmaker.

Krishna made headline after she posted her hot and bold photographs on the Internet and people expected her to debut on the silver screen. But she has chosen the other way and will kick start her film career from behind the camera.

Apparently, Krishna had also received acting offers, but she turned them down as her passion lies behind the camera. In this regard, her father Jackie Shroff was quoted by a popular daily, “It is a proud moment for me. Krishna had got a couple of acting offers but she turned them down. I think filmmaking is her real calling. She may want to act sometime in the future, but that's totally up to her."

Notably, several contemporary actors like Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Sonam Kapoor and ever her younger brother Harshvardhan, have first worked as assistant directors before making their acting debut. Hopefully, Krishna too will take to acting once she learns the tricks of the trade.

Meanwhile, Tiger will be next seen in Remo D’Souza’s superhero flick ‘A Flying Jatt’ which is scheduled to release on August 25.
