Katrina Kaif denies doing 'Raees' with Shahrukh

Bollywood diva Katrina Kaif has denied reports of being paired opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Rahul Dholakia’s upcoming movie ‘Raees’. Reports were doing the rounds in the media that SRK and Katrina would be seen together once again in the Farhan Akhtar production after ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’.

“I don’t know where this news has come from. There is no such discussion like that till now. There are three films ‘Bang Bang’, ‘Phantom’ and ‘Jagga Jassos’ that I am doing right now. I am in talks for two more projects which I can’t reveal,” Katrina Kaif reportedly told PTI.

Rahul also dismissing the report said, “I don’t think so we have approached her. But we will surely finalise the leading lady in a couple of weeks.”

According to reports, Katrina Kaif has been offered a role in Ashutosh Gowarikar’s period film. It seems the actress was in no mood to share the details, but she did not deny nor confirm the news.

She was quoted as saying, “I feel for whatever films I am in discussion with a filmmaker it is not correct to talk about it unless one is doing it because if it doesn’t work out then it makes things awkward for the people and the project.”

At the moment the actress is busy with ‘Bang Bang’ opposite Hrithik Roshan and ‘Jagga Jasoos’ with her rumored boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor.

Katrina has already featured in two hit films alongside Ranbir ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghajab Kahani’ and ‘Rajneeti’.

“Both the films that Ranbir and I did were really liked by people and were successful. It is exciting for me to work with Ranbir again, he is a great actor. Director Anurag Basu is one of the finest directors that we have today and I am privileged to work with him,” she reportedly said.

The star is at present working on Kabir Khan’s ‘Phantom’ with Saif Ali Khan, with whom she is performing for the first time.

While talking to the media, Katrina also denied the rumours of her getting married with actor Ranbir Kapoor next year.

Katrina dismissed the reports saying there were no such plans as of now and was quoted in the media as saying, “I don’t know about this, it has come in media today. It is news to me as I got to know when someone sent me a message about this, till then I was not aware about it.”
