Kangana Ranaut had no qualms about exposing
Kangana Ranaut is the new happening girl in bollywood. She has managed to capture the attention of audiences with her unconventional looks and striking performance in Gangster . Though the actress has only done one film, she seems to be already getting herself into controversies. Before signing Anurag Basu’s Gangster, the actress was earlier supposed to do Pahlaj Nihalani’s film. Kangana did not end up doing the film ultimately but had posed for a picture promoting the film. In fact Kangana posed for the picture wearing nothing but an overcoat, and exposed quite a bit for the picture.
Kangana was supposed to do the film I Love You Boss but according to Nihalani the actress backed out at the last moment as the film was to star Shatrugun Sinha as the boss. Nihalani said “Kangana said that she was not too keen on starting her career with Sinha. I mentioned that we would also be casting a young hero, but she said that she just didn’t want to do the film anymore.” Kangana however has no qualms admitting that she was to do this film. She said “They took a long time to finalise the man who was to play the boss. In fact before Sinhaji was finalised I told Nihalani that I did not want to do the film. Finally when they had zeroed down on Sinhaji, they called and asked if would reconsider doing the film, but I refused.”
Kangana is quite frank even when it comes to admitting to posing for the pictures which leaves very little to the imagination, but nonetheless the actress claims that she has no regrets today. Neither is there any bad blood from Nihalani’s side as he claims that Kangana simply changed her mind about making her debut in the film. He also claims that after Ranaut informed him that she was not interested in doing the film, she was quite professional and returned the signing amount. Nihalani too in turn returned all the pictures of Kangana that were taken as part of the promotion campaign for the film then.
Kangana is extremely excited with her line up of films, she has three films with UTV, she will soon be starting her first project with them, Metro to be directed by Anurag Basu, she has almost finished the Bhatt’s Woh Lamhe and will also be doing Suneel Darshan’s Shakalaka Boom Boom.
