John the brand ambassador of Mumbai Marathon
Bollywood hunk John Abraham will run for Mumbai. Following the terror attack, this time the Mumbai Marathon is expected to send a strong message. The 26/11 has shook the entire Mumbai and John as a brand ambassador appeals the people to run to bring change and development. Being a brand ambassador of Mumbai Marathon 2009, he said, "The 26/11 redefined for me what the marathon is all about as taking on the terrorists in those days was a marathon of courage. Now, if we all can run together, there is nothing and nobody that can pull us apart."
The slogan of the event is 'Run Mumbai Run.' It will be held on January 18, 2009. He appealed to the Mumbaikars, "If you cannot go to the gym every day because of work pressure, do at least watch your diet, it is important to have a good, clean diet for you will be running in the heats."
John is a fitness freak, he said, "Personally, I love the training and the challenge of how far I can stretch myself."
