I see the next SRK in AbRam: Shahrukh
Shahrukh Khan turned 48 on 2nd November. The superstar feels that there is another Shahrukh Khan in the making. Meaning thereby that there is another person who has the potential of being SRK and he is his youngest son Abram who was born through surrogacy a few months back.
Shahrukh was asked if he feels any one from the young set of actors has the capability to be the next SRK, he said, “I see the next SRK in AbRam, but it will take time.”
Shahrukh who has been reigning over Bollywood for a number of years said that while achieving bigger goals, he missed out on small things and those are spending a quality time with his family. Shahrukh said, “Each year, we run around to achieve something big, whether it’s big films, awards...I know it is all important, but it’s been 22 years and I have decided to focus on the small things. In the race to catch big things, we miss out the small things.”
Shahrukh wants to spend quality time with his family. He and Gauri are blessed with three kids, Aryan, Suhaana and Abram. SRK also said, “This year, I want to spend time with my family. I look forward to spending quality time with my children. They are growing older and getting busy in their own lives, and I am trying to get into it. So, I have dedicated this year for that small little happiness.”
Well, that does not mean in any sense that he will now take his career lightly. He still has urge to learn more and more. He said, “On the professional front, I have not achieved everything. There is a long way to go. I try to get better with my each film and I will continue to do that till my last breath.”
When he was asked whether audience will see him and Salman together onscreen, Shahrukh said, “You should ask producers and directors if they want to cast us together. If we get an opportunity, why not? There is no ego issues between us. It’s just that our paths are different. We know each other for years, I know his family well. So let’s see.”
He also added, “The producers and directors should come up with a good script ....Inshallah if there is a chance we will work together. If it happens good, and if it doesn't, then also it is ok.”
