"I am super confident about Himmatwala's success": Sajid Khan
After giving Super Hits in a row such as Heyy Babyy, Housefull and
Housefull 2, Film maker Sajid Khan is very confident about the
success of his upcoming film Himmatwala (remake of the 1983 hit) which
stars Ajay Devgn and southern actor Tamannah.
“I am super
confident about the film’s
success. Yeh hit hai boss! I believe I have done justice to the
original. However, the remake is not the same, it is my take on the
original Himmatwala,” said Sajid Khan who recently unveiled the
official trailer of the film on the sets of dance reality show Nach
Baliye 5 which he is co-judging with actor Shilpa Shetty and
choreographer Terence Lewis. Moreover, The Film maker also said only
actor Ajay Devgn could have done justice to the role “When I thought of
the word ‘himmatwala’, I couldn’t think of anyone
other that Ajay Devgn who could do justice to the role. He is a great
actor and can portray emotions, anger and action effectively." added the
40 year old Director.
After Himmatwala, Sajid Khan will be
making another action thriller with nawab Saif Ali Khan “I am yet to
finish a portion of Himmatwala. My next project will be
with Saif Ali Khan and will most likely go on the floors by June.”
