‘Bang Bang’ is a movie with its story-line narrating a chance encounter of the unassuming bank receptionist Harleen Sahni (Katrina Kaif) with the charming yet mysterious Rajveer Nanda (Hrithik Roshan) which results in an on-rush of ditched planes, car chases, shoot-outs, bombing raids and general global mayhem. As the transcontinental chase ensues, Rajveer tries to convince Harleen that he's the good guy amidst all the serious confusion.
Directed by Siddharth Anand, the movie will hit the theatres on October 2nd this year. The movie is the official remake of Hollywood film ‘Knight and Day’ which had Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz in the lead. Who other than Hrithik –Katrina could’ve done justice to the roles! Apart from Roshan and Kaif, the film also stars Jaaved Jaffrey, Danny Denzongpa and Pavan Malhotra as other characters.
When the trailer of the movie released, it created an
upsurge in the lives of the Bollywoodlifers, who had just never witnessed
something as amazing and sensuous as the blazing chemistry between
The high octane first song ‘Tu Meri’ is an out-and-out dance number with romance in its core. This sensational track has been composed by Vishal-Shekhar and choreographed by Bosco-Ceaser.
Hrithik Roshan says, “Our first song ‘Tu Meri’ is a quintessential dance number. It is the song when Rajveer meets Harleen (Katrina) for the first time and they are genuinely attracted to each other. The song has amazing energy, scale, lots of fun and a hint of romance between the two characters. I hope the audiences love the song as much as I do.”
Hrithik-Katrina chemistry, Hrithik’s dance moves, Katrina in sexy red hot avatar, the music, beats, vocals, zesty background dancers..all together set the temperature soaring high.
The action-thriller is one of the most awaited films as it has encountered several delays. Roshan was reportedly injured during the shooting of a stunt scene and had to undergo a brain surgery. The tough actor, however, recovered soon and performed some of the actions scenes himself.
The film will release not just in Hindi, but also in Tamil
and Telugu simultaneously.
