How Adhyayan lost 60 Kgs

Adhyayan Suman, star of the box office hit, Raaz The Mystery Continues, was guest of honour. Adhyayan who exemplifies discipline and determination that is required for both showbiz and a fitness regime has lost nearly 60 kgs to essay lead roles in commercial cinema. From weighing over 130 kgs, Adhyayan who stands at 5 feet 11 inches, now weighs a trim 74 kgs. With his trainer Craig, Adhyayan's determined to maintain a regular fitness regime consisting of a disciplined diet, no junk food and a combination of cardio and weight training. Adhyayan spends close to three hours on his fitness regimen including an hour on the treadmill or an early morning run in the stadium.
Says Adhyayan, "Being a member of a particular gym or club is great because it inspires you to follow a regular and disciplined fitness schedule. I believe being generally fit is more important that just achieving weight loss alone, because being fit helps you live life to the fullest. It is important to be realistic in your expectations though and maintain a disciplined fitness routine even after achieving your weight loss goals."
