‘Hero’ actors Sooraj & Athiya made to sign no-dating clause?

Bollywood newbies Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty are set to rock the silver screen with their debut film ‘Hero’, the trailer of which was launched on July 15.

From the trailer, it is evident that the star kids – Aditya Pancholi’s son Sooraj and Suniel Shetty’s daughter Athiya share a crackling chemistry in the romantic action film.

However, unlike other on-screen couples who are often rumoured to be seeing each other, the ‘Hero’ couple will never fuel such rumours, at least not yet. It is said that both Athiya and Sooraj were made to sign a clause stating that they won’t be dating during the shooting of the film as well as during its promotions, and it is likely to continue post release as well.

So any buzz about Sooraj and Athiya chilling out or dining out together or having a fun time, may be ruled out.

Reportedly, the parents of Athiya and Sooraj were not comfortable with the idea of their kids dating each other as they were far too young and just at the beginning of their career.

‘Hero’ is the remake of Subhash Ghai’s 1983 blockbuster film of the same name that starred Jackie Shroff and Meenakshi Seshadri. The remake has been co-produced by Salman Khan and Subhash Ghai. The film’s release dates have been postponed several times and now it is set to hit screens on September 25.
