Shiney’s bail plea postponed

The hearing of the alleged rapist Shiney Ahuja’s bail plea postponed till July 7. The prosecution has taken a stern decision on his matter saying that when released on bail, he might “tamper with the evidence”.

The DNA test of the actor and the maid, samples collected from Shiney’s residence, the scratch marks on Shiney’s body strongly prove that Shiney had sexual intercourse with the maid. But the actor denied rape and said that he only had a consensual sex with the maid and during intercourse such scars are quite possible.

However the cops are opposing Shiney’s release as his freedom would send a wrong message to the women at large. The reply to the actor’s bail plea says that Shiney may be a talented actor but it doesn’t mean that he cannot commit any crime.

Shiney’s bail plea says that as he is an influential person, he has been roped into a false charge to extort a large sum. To this plea, the police said that it cannot be a ‘afterthought’ as the maid has approached them soon after the incident.
