Gori Tere Pyaar Mein: Imran, Kareena go desi in ‘'Chingam Chabake'
After ‘Tooh’, the makers of ‘Gori Tere Pyaar Mein’ have released the second song from the film which goes as 'Chingam Chabake' set at the backdrop of village. The song shows Imran romances gaon ki chori Kareena Kapoor. Kareena wore black lehenga choli and Imran Khan clad in dhoti matching steps with Kareena. In the song, the girl teases the boy and the boy also replies with desired effect. They are joined by dancers at the background.
This peppy number is sung by Shankar Mahadevan and Shalmali Kholgade and the music of the song was composed by Vishal and Shekhar. The lyrics of 'Chingum Chabake' are penned by Anvita Dutt Guptan, Kausar Munir, Kumaar.
‘Gori Tere Pyaar Mein’ is a love story set in a village
where a city boy named Sriram (Imran Khan) travels all round the globe to find his ladylove and his search ends when
he met gaon ki gori Dia, played by Kareena Kapoor.
Director Punit Malhotra of ‘I Hate Luv Storys’ fame feels the film offers a "deeper meaning" than a regular Bollywood romantic comedy. In an interview, director Punit Malhotra said: "I am very confident about the film's music. It is very strong and we have worked very hard for it."
The film also features Shraddha Kapoor, as Imran Khan's fiancee. Produced by Karan Johar under Dharma Productions banner, ‘Gori Tere Pyaar Mein’ is all set to release on November 22.
