The first look of ‘Daawat E Ishq’ is out, produced by Aditya Chopra and directed by Habib Faisal. The film releases on September 05, 2014.
The poster shows Pareeniti enjoying some street food with the ‘Aashiqui 2’ star. In the movie, Aditya is playing a chef, sporting a muscular look. The movie which was earlier scheduled to release in June has been postponed and will now hit the screens on Teacher’s Day, September 5. Apart from Aditya and Pareeniti, ‘Daawat-e-Ishq’ will also star Karan Wahi and Anupam Kher. The music of the film is composed by Sajid-Wajid.
The upcoming movie, ‘Daawat-e-Ishq’ will focus on some serious social issues unlike, ‘Bewakoofiyaan’ or ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’. This film, headed by Habib Faisal, is a love story set against the backdrop of the Indian dowry system. Habib has worked with Parineeti earlier in her debut film ‘Ishaqzaadey’.
After playing a Jaipur girl in ‘Shudh Desi Romance’, Parineeti is set to play a Hyderabadi girl in the movie.
Parineeti Chopra will be seen opposite actor Aditya Roy Kapur for the first time. The lead pair comes from two opposite backgrounds. Parineeti’s character is from Hyderabad while Aditya’s comes from Lucknow and this anti-dowry theme is nicely woven into the love story.
