Farah’s triplets complete one year
February 11, 2008 was a memorable day for Farah Khan and Shirish Kunder as they became parents of not one or two children but three at a time. As time rolled on, Farah's three babies turned one. The triplet celebrated their first birthday yesterday with great pomp and show. The party was organized at Farah’s own residence and everything was arranged by Farah’s mom Menka. Says a guest at the party, "Farah's mom Menka organised the party for close friends and relatives. There was Karan Johar's mom Hiroo, Zarine Khan, Renu Chopra, Sonali Bendre, Simone Khan (Zayed's sister) and Sussanne Roshan amongst others."
One of the special attractions of the party was the delicious cupcakes bearing the names of the three cuties Anya, Diva and Czar. The three children of Farah and Shirish looked like princess and price with Parsi outfits specially designed at Katherine's at Kemps Corner. According to a source, "While Anya and Diva wore taffeta frocks with old Parsi lace and matching pearl buttons Czar wore a bow tie with ruffled shirt and silver buttons. Proud daddy Shirish went around capturing the moments with his babies on camera."
As a return gift, the guests were given trolley school bags for the kids. The foods that were served was purely traditional and homely. The party went till the wee hours in the morning with Arjun and Mehr Rampal, Malaika Khan Arora, Amrita Arora, Sajid Khan, Riteish Deshmukh, Zayed and Fardeen Khan and Sajid and Wardha Nadiadwala.
