Fake news of Ayushmann Khurrana’s death hit the net

Death hoax of ‘Vicky Donor’ actor Ayushmann Khurrana created confusion in the twitter world. On Wednesday night, there was a great buzz in the twitter world that Ayushmann Khurrana met with an accident. There was a detailed report of how after a snowboard accident, Ayushmann lost his life.

It was reported that he was on a holiday with his friends in Switzerland where he met with an accident at Zermatt ski resort. Thinking the news report to be correct, some even tweeted, "RIP Ayushmann Khurrana'. The wrong report was reported by Global Associated News on Wednesday, it reported "Actor Ayushmann Khurrana is reported to have died shortly after a snowboard accident earlier today”.

Ayushmann Khurrana took to twitter to inform his friends that he is fine and that the report is totally false.

The actor tweeted, "I have been hearing some bizarre rumors about my demise. RIP rumor mongers. Thanks!(sic)"

Ayushmann’s spokesperson Monika Bhattacharyya on Thursday said, "This is with regards to some bizarre rumour doing the rounds about Ayushmann Khurrana, I would just like to clarify that he is well and in Mumbai."

This is not the first time that such false report was carried by the same website. In the past too, they spread hoax death stories of Hollywood actors like Adam Sandler, Charlie Sheen and Channing Tatum.
