The premiere for the next Amitabh Bachchan starrer, Ek Ajnabee has been cancelled. It was supposed to be held on the 8th of December but Bunty Walia and Jaspreet Walia, the producers of the film decided to call the show off.
“There is no question of having a premiere when Mr. Bachchan is still recuperating in hospital but we are glad that he is returning to normalcy,” said Bunty Walia. He also added that he is relived now that Big B is well and recovering. “It has been a trying period for all of us over the past few days, especially director Apoorva Lakhia, who is very close to him. Thankfully, that phase is over.”
Ek Ajnabee will also feature Arjun Rampal, Perizaad Zorabian, Kelly Dorjee. Not many people are aware of the presence of Bachchan junior and Lara Dutta in the film in guest appearances.
