Celebs who found love in 'Bigg Boss' house

Popular television reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ is incomplete without love stories and every season love and romance blossom between contestants. While some of these budding love stories continued outside the house some could not stand the test of time and fizzled out.

Although the current season of the show already has two real-life couples – Suyyash-Kishwer and Rochelle-Keith, sparks flew between Prince and Yuvika. Prince charming had even professed his love for the ‘Om Shanti Om’ girl, but unfortunately, their blooming love story ended abruptly when Yuvika got evicted. However, it’s only a month since the show began and there’s still a long way to go. In the meantime, let’s check out some of the other contestants who found love in the Bigg Boss house in various seasons.

Models Anupama and Aryan who were the contestants of the maiden season of the show were the trend setters of love stories in the Bigg Boss house. The duo formed a connection inside the house and their relationship lasted for a bit even after they were out of the show. But soon they turned foes which gave rise to speculation that it was their strategy to gain votes.

Season two of ‘Bigg Boss’ had contestants Rahul Mahajan, Payal Rohatgi and Monica Bedi. It was believed that Rahul and Payel were dating each even before entering the show and they two were even seen giving massages and cuddling in swimming pool. But, Rahul suddenly shifted his focus to Monica and started flirting with her. He even proposed marriage to her, which she declined.

Controversial Pakistani model Veena Mallik and Bollywood actor Ashmit Patel were a hot couple of season four of the show. Their overt public display of affection scorched that show to an extent that even the show’s host Salman had told them that it was a family show. Post the show, Veena also made an appearance in another show that Ashmit hosted – Super Stud: School of Flirt on Bindass channel. Their relationship also didn’t last long.

Sara Khan and Ali Merchant

‘Bigg Boss 4’ contestant Ali Merchant was Sara Khan ex- boyfried who entered the show as wild card. Sara had even torn his picture in the house earlier. However, the marriage barely lasted for a couple of months and it was understood to be a publicity stunt.

As a gesture of love, Akashdeep even got a tattoo of Pooja’s name on his biceps.

The relationship between ‘Bigg Boss 6’ contestants Karishma Kotak and television actor Vishal was quite different from other love stories that happen in the house. They appeared more like friends on the show who had heart-to-heart conversations and long walks. They bonded well on the show even as another contestant Sana and Vishal flirted. They came closer only after they came out of the house and were going strong. There were also reports of the two getting married.
