Bollywood goes gaga over Priyanka’s ‘Mary Kom’ look

Priyanka Chopra has stumped Bollywood with her ‘Mary Kom’ look and film fraternities go gaga over Priyanka Chopra’s strong, fierce look in ‘Mary Kom’ biopic. While sharing the first look of the movie, she tweeted, "Heart. Blood. Sweat. Soul. I've given it my all."  "Over to you guys now". The poster justifies her word, Priyanka has really given her heart and soul to the film.

Some are calling her ‘Raging bulbul’ while some a ‘chameleon’. The National award winning actress is sure to sweep away all the awards this year.

Choreographer cum filmmaker Farah Khan, director Ken Ghosh, actor Shreyas Talpade to Bollywood's young brigade Alia Bhatt and Arjun Kapoor quite impressed with the first look of the biopic and praising the actress to the heavens. 

The film marks the directional debut of Omung Kumar. Priyanka plays Olympic medal-winning boxer M.C. Mary Kom. Piggy Chops has done extensive research for the movie.

"This woman's a chameleon," Bollywood film producer Rangita Pritish Nandy tweeted after seeing the poster, which was unveiled online Monday night.

"Ishq Vishk" director Ken Ghosh tweeted: "Is there anything this girl cant pull off? Wow @priyankachopra WOW!"”

"The first look of @priyankachopra's #MaryKomFirstLook is just outstanding. Congrats team. Reminded me of #IQBAL," Shreyas Talpade tweeted.

Priyanka's "Gunday" co-actors Ranveer Singh and Arjun are going gaga, calling her a "Raging Bulbul".

"@priyankachopra damnnn...nailed one's ever messing with this beauty from Bareilly after the way she packs a punch...#raging bulbul," tweeted Arjun.

Ranveer Singh said: "@arjunk26 @aliabbaszafar @priyankachopra baba, look! It's the Raging Bulbul! #MaryKom #MaryKomFirstLook"

Alia Bhatt said the film's "stunning first look", "makes me want to punch something myself".

The poster also got a thumbs up from veteran film critic Bhawana Somaaya, who wrote: @priyankachopra pic as #MaryKom is fabulous! I was devastated when she did not sweep all the awards for #Barfii. This time she will!"

The film is slated to release on 5th September.
